Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and modern office suites.
• Familiar with basic network security principles and anti-virus management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for desktop hardware, mobile devices, and local software packages.
• Manage email accounts, mailing lists, and user access levels in Microsoft 365.
• Assist engineers with network cable patching, switch management, and printer setups.
• Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and disaster recovery testing.
• Provide remote assistance to field-based staff and desk-side support at the main office.
• Keep logs of recurring technical glitches to help prevent downtime.
