Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the school.
• Support maintenance and management of school servers.
• Work with back-end systems and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware and software issues.
• Support Active Directory and user account management.
• Assist with network infrastructure and system maintenance.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve complex IT issues.
