Job summary

Stafford school IT technician required to support staff and students with day-to-day IT systems, hardware and networks. The role covers first and second-line support, hardware/software troubleshooting, device setup and classroom tech such as interactive displays and AV equipment.

You will assist with Microsoft 365, Windows and school-specific software, manage user accounts, and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure in a Well-regarded school environment with a Good Ofsted rating.
