As a core member of the support team, you will ensure the seamless daily operation of the school’s IT infrastructure, classroom technology, and core networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality first- and second-line technical support to teachers, operational staff, and students across the campus.

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware faults, software glitches, network connectivity issues, and peripheral errors efficiently.

• Installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining desktop PCs, laptops, printers, tablets, and specialized IT peripherals.

• Managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and maintaining secure access permissions via Active Directory and cloud management platforms.
