Qualifications

• Experience in IT Technician, IT Infrastructure or IT Support.
• Strong server-side and back-end systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with networking and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience in educational settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the school.
• Maintain and manage servers.
• Work with back-end systems and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware and software issues.
• Support Active Directory and user account management.
• Assist with network infrastructure and system maintenance.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve more complex IT issues.
