Interactive School Nottinghamshire is seeking a technically confident IT Technician to support staff and students in a friendly school environment. You will ensure IT systems and devices operate smoothly daily, from hardware to classroom technology such as interactive displays and AV equipment.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, software and network troubleshooting with Microsoft 365 and Windows across a school setting, requiring secure account management and responsive user support.

Qualifications

• This role supports staff and students with IT issues at a school.
• Requires experience in first and second line technical support.
• Experience with classroom technology and AV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
