Job summary

Cognita is seeking a proactive School IT Technician to deliver high-quality 2nd and 3rd line support across our London school sites. You will maintain core infrastructure, perform routine hardware and network maintenance, and resolve incidents with onsite and remote help, while ensuring service levels.

You will support staff and students, contribute to technology initiatives, and maintain accurate site documentation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused IT professional with user-facing experience.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, in a school environment.
• Experience in 1st/2nd line IT support, on-site and remote where needed.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Intune, and Apple devices (iPad, MacBook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 2nd and 3rd line IT support across London school sites.
• Maintain core IT infrastructure and perform routine hardware/network maintenance.
