Qualifications

• Desirable: IT vendor certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day issues with the device scheme, including devices and users in Intune and Entra.
• Monitor the IT Support helpdesk and provide technical support for staff and pupils.
• Organise and track the repair process of pupil devices in the one-to-one scheme.
• Support the setup and maintenance of classroom technology.
• Ensure software and systems are updated and secure.
• Liaise with external IT support providers when necessary.
