Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to all users of the school computer systems.
• Ensure timely answering of call assistance.
• Maintain communication with customers during support calls.
• Install new IT equipment as instructed.
• Provide training to users when necessary.
• Ensure IT Suites are tidy and operational.
• Assist staff and pupils using iPads and Google G Suite accounts.
• Provide AV equipment support when necessary.
