HR Business Partner Responsibilities

The client is looking for a dedicated and competent HR professional with school experience, combined with a positive attitude and a willingness to become involved in academic life. Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Essential: Proven and demonstrable experience working in a school's HR environment.
• A successful track record in managing complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Either an existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step.
• A strong understanding of current education HR legislation and best practice.

HR Business Partner Rewards

This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week spent at our central team office working alongside the HR and payroll team; and the remainder of your working time spent visiting schools or working from home.

Hours of work: FLEXIBLE. Full-time and part-time options are available for this role, including term-time working or all-year-round (52 weeks per annum). The client is ideally looking for a minimum of 4 full days per week or 30 hours across the week.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an HR practitioner and experience gained within the education sector is essential; along with a proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework.
