Job summary

Supply Team Education Ltd. is seeking a Data Officer to join one of their secondary schools in Cardiff. This full-time post runs Monday to Friday and commences after half-term on Monday 2 November.

You will lead development and maintenance of record and information systems, analyse data, generate detailed reports, and ensure compliance with GDPR, FOI and other regulations while coordinating data requests across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a school office with data systems.
• Able to keep up with a busy school day and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of record/information systems.
• Provide detailed analysis and reports from data.
• Complete and submit complex forms to outside agencies.
• Liaise with Examinations & Data Officer.
• Comply with Data, GDPR, IT, Examinations and Financial regulations.
• Coordinate FOI, SAR, GDPR requests.
• Analyse and prepare reports for ARBOR MIS.
