Job summary

Hayesfield Girls’ School is seeking a data-focused professional to lead the MIS and data systems. You will manage Arbor, SISRA and TT-Options, producing targets and admissions data while ensuring DfE census compliance. The role also includes team leadership of the Data Officer and supporting GCSE results processing.

Ideal candidates will have strong Arbor experience, data tooling skills and the ability to train staff on data practices within a secondary school environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent Arbor experience and data tools proficiency.
• Experience with secondary school data processes and census reporting.
• Ability to train staff on data tools and explain complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Arbor, SISRA, TT-Options/Timetabler for assessment, tracking and timetables.
• Produce KS5/transitions targets and data drops for leadership and trust.
• Ensure compliance with government and DfE Census requirements.
• Coordinate Year 6 to 7 admissions data with admin/pastoral teams.
• Line manage the Data Officer and support results processing during GCSE times.
