You will take full operational and financial responsibility for the school's catering facility and lead a kitchen team to consistently deliver the highest quality food and service.

Responsibilities include managing controllable costs, driving menu development, and delivering monthly promotions to boost sales while maintaining exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of gross profit management and ability to smash sales targets.
• Experience coaching and developing kitchen teams to high performance.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Financial control: Manage and improve controllable costs including stock, food and labour.
• Team leadership: Lead, coach, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
• Culinary innovation: Oversee menu development and drive sales through promotions and events.
• Quality assurance: Ensure standards, systems and legislation are met via audits and proactive management.
