Qualifications

• Knowledge of GP management and ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in coaching, motivating and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
• On-the-job experience valued; formal OND/HND is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Financial control: manage stock, food, and labour costs.
• Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
• Oversee menu development and drive sales with monthly promotions.
