Thomas Franks Ltd in Manchester is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team on a term-time, part-time contract. Working 32.5 hours per week across 36 weeks, Monday to Friday, you will support a busy school kitchen with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, prep from scratch, follow brand standards, manage wastage, and uphold food hygiene and allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Able to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
• Good verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs to provide catering to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food from scratch following brand standards.
• Ensure food standards, wastage control, and allergen procedures are followed.
• Uphold Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.
