Thomas Franks is looking for a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join our team in Epsom. The role is full-time and permanent, with 37 hours per week on a term-time contract, serving a busy school kitchen.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP level, with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing bespoke menus. Candidates should be a team player with passion for great food and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing menus.
• Creative with the opportunity to showcase skillset.
• Good verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs to cater for pupils and teachers.
• Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients and brand standards.
• Adhere to food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen controls.
• Assist in waste management and cost-conscious cooking.
