Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a part-time basis (25 hours per week), contracted to 43.2 weeks per year. The role oversees all catering and service operations and aims to deliver exceptional food experiences.

You'll supervise culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, ensure health and safety standards, train staff, and maintain a positive brand image with strong customer service.

Formación

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I / Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
