Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food experiences and outstanding customer service, supervising teams, monitoring KPIs, and upholding Health & Safety standards across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Two years catering experience or more.
• Experience leading and supervising teams in a catering environment.
• Holder of a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate regularly with the line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles and uphold safety standards.
