Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a General Manager in Winchester to lead a group of catering operations across multiple locations. You will oversee breakfast, lunch, retail, grab & go and hospitality services, ensuring high standards and profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring a bubbly personality, strong leadership, and experience managing B&I or independent education catering contracts, with a track record of delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager at a B&I Head Office contract or independent school.
• Ability to lead multi-location catering operations.
• Strong customer service and food knowledge.
• Strong organizational and financial skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team providing breakfast, lunch, retail, grab & go & hospitality.
• Ensure month-end accounts and reports are prepared.
• Develop each area of the catering offer in line with client expectations/budgetary constraints.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all catering facilities year-round.
• Maintain high food hygiene and health & safety standards.
