Qualifications

• Previous GM experience in B&I Head Office or independent school.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing multiple catering locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering breakfast, lunch, retail, grab-and-go and hospitality.
• Ensure accurate month-end accounts and client reports.
• Develop catering offers aligned with client budgets and plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all catering facilities year-round.
• Maintain exceptional food/service quality and quick customer response.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety and allergen policies.
• Hold regular team meetings and train staff.
• Maintain wastage controls and adhere to company standards.
