Thomas Franks Ltd in Bath is seeking an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to lead the on-site catering team at a busy private school. The role covers day-to-day production, service, and the delivery of both breakfast, lunch, supper, and hospitality events.

You will work closely with the operations manager to manage budgets, menus, and standards, ensure compliance with safety policies, and drive customer service excellence across all dining areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering excellent food standards.
• Hands-on Catering Manager with leadership in production and service.
• Strong client communication and objective delivery.
• Competent computer skills with office software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the catering team for day-to-day production and service across the site.
• Deliver client and company budgets.
