Caterlink is hiring a Catering Manager at Rochester Riverside to lead catering services in a school setting. The role operates on term-time hours, Monday to Friday, with 39 teaching weeks per year and no weekend work.

• Experience in catering operations and managing kitchen processes.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Ability to monitor budgets and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure location complies with Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for quality and service with client and customers.
• Oversee daily operations, inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Be the main client contact in the school and implement improvements.
• Regularly monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager.
• Train and support teams, ensuring training is completed and performance managed.
