Job summary

Caterlink is recruiting a Catering Manager for Rochester Riverside, Rochester, to provide nutritionally balanced and tasty meals for pupils and staff. This role is term-time only with no weekends, offering flexibility.

The position pays £15.00 per hour, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year. You will oversee kitchen operations, health and safety, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations are met
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers
• Manage day-to-day running, supervise teams, inventories, budgets and action plans
• Be main client contact in school, implement regular adjustments and improvements
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets
• Support and train teams, lead from the front and ensure training completion
