Your pay is £13.98 per hour, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the location, supervising teams, inventories, and budgets. You will be the main client contact and ensure high standards of food and service.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures are met
• Maintain company reputation for excellent food and service with client and customers
• Run day-to-day location operations, supervise teams, inventories and budgets
• Be main client contact at the school, implement improvements and monitor KPIs and financial targets
• Support and train teams, ensuring training is completed and performance is managed
