Caterlink is seeking a Catering Manager for Rochester Riverside, Rochester. This term-time only role (39 weeks/year) offers 30 hours per week Monday–Friday at £15.00 per hour, with no weekends.

You will lead the site, prepare and present meals to standards, ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance, manage inventories and budgets, and act as the main client contact to drive improvements and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a catering location.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Ability to manage inventories and budgets.
• Strong customer/client relationship skills.
• Experience training and supervising teams.

Responsabilités

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• To ensure that the location meets Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations.
• To ensure the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is maintained.
• To oversee day-to-day running of the location, supervise teams, manage inventories and budgets.
• To be the main point of contact for the client in your school and implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with your line manager.
• Support and train teams to excel in their roles.
