Qualifications

• GP management understanding and strategic know-how to hit sales targets.
• Strong craft skills with using fresh ingredients for quality food.
• Experience in line management: coaching, motivating and building a high-performing team.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Financial control: manage and improve controllable costs (stock, food, labour).
• Lead, coach and inspire the kitchen team to deliver daily excellence.
• Oversee menu development and drive monthly promotions and added-value events.
• Ensure standards, systems and legislation are met through audits and proactive management.
