You should have a strong grasp of gross profit management, experience in line management, and a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have strong gross profit management and ability to drive profitability.
• Experience leading kitchen teams and coaching staff.
• Proven track record for delivering high-quality food using fresh ingredients.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control: Manage and improve controllable costs including stock, food and labour.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, train and inspire kitchen team to deliver excellence.
• Culinary Innovation: Oversee menu development and drive sales through promotions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure standards, systems and legislation are met through audits and proactive management.
