Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Bucks (Chalfont St Peter) seeks an experienced Chef Manager to lead the catering team across the site, overseeing production and service while managing budgets and collaborating with the operations manager to maintain high standards.

You will develop the food offer, ensure dietary requirements are met, and drive customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence in a term-time plus arrangement with parking and pool access.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high food standards.
• Hands-on Catering Manager leading team in production/service.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients and meet objectives.
• Competent computer skills with standard software.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team for daily production and service.
• Deliver client- and company-budgeted food service.
• Develop and implement dining and hospitality across site.
• Prepare monthly/annual Profit & Loss statements.
• Ensure standards, dietary needs, and client expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff development.
