Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a catering environment.
• Previous experience of serving customers within a catering establishment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• Good personal presentation and hygiene standards.
• Food hygiene certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
• Help setting up the dining room for service.
• Prepare food for service following hygiene and safety practices.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy to required standards.
• Restock stocks and equipment during service periods.
