Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our established team at Bath contracts. You will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, help set up dining rooms and ensure hygiene standards are met in a busy school catering service.

This is a full-time, permanent role on a 40-hour week, 48 weeks per year (term-time plus). The position includes the benefits of free on-site parking and opportunities for training within a leading independent contract caterer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering environment.
• Experience serving customers in a catering establishment.
• Food hygiene certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients during breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Help set up the dining room for service.
• Prepare food and maintain hygiene standards.
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
• Restock stocks and assist with function setups.
• Interact with customers and staff professionally.
