Job summary

Vertas is seeking a dedicated School Caretaker for Redlands Primary & Nursery in Worksop. The role is based on a school site with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 09:30 and 14:00 to 18:00, year-round.

You’ll maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pupils and staff, while coordinating with facilities teams. Candidates should have experience in caretaking or facilities roles, practical DIY skills, and knowledge of health and safety procedures.

About the Role:
Based at Redlands Primary & Nursery, S80 1TH, you will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 09:30 and 14:00 to 18:00, 52 weeks per year.

As School Caretaker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the school remains safe, secure, clean and well maintained for pupils, staff and visitors.

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
