Vertas Group is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our Facilities Team based in Alfreton, Derbyshire (DE55). The role is 15.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday with split shifts: mornings and late afternoons, year-round.

About the Role:

Based in Alfreton, Derbyshire (DE55), you will be working 15.5 hours a week, Mon - Fri on Split shifts, 07:30-08:30 (07:30-09:00 on a Monday) & 16:00-18:00, 52 weeks of the year. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
