School Caretaker & Building Supervisor Roles Available in Worksop

Location: Primary School in Worksop

Academics is looking for a dedicated School Caretaker & Building Supervisor to support a primary school in Worksop. This is a long-term contract starting ASAP, covering long-term sickness, with the potential for a permanent position.

Role Responsibilities:

* Key Holder: Responsible for opening and closing the school; may need to attend the premises outside normal hours.
* Site Security: Ensuring the security of the school grounds.
* General Maintenance: Performing maintenance tasks and ground keeping.
* Health & Safety: Keeping health and safety records up to date.
* Unscheduled Tasks: Responding to unexpected tasks as they arise.
* Collaboration: Working with outside agencies and contractors as needed.
* Teamwork: Collaborating closely with the School Business Manager and other staff members.
* Non-Resident: This is a non-residential position.
* Training: Education and training will be provided by the school, including an induction.
