Duties will include:

• Changing Light Bulbs & Batteries
• Painting
• Changing locks
• Carrying out reactive Maintenance tasks in occupied and empty rooms
• Performing repairs and redecoration when required
• Assisting with refurbishments
• Moving boxes, furniture, and mattresses
• Grounds work
• Supporting the Maintenance team
