CARETAKER NEEDED - R9 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Property Maintenance Client who are in need of a Caretaker for 2 Schools in East London.

Location E16 & E13

Working Hours:

- Shift Patten:

• 06:30 - 11:00 & 15:00 - 18:30 (Caretakers will work on one school in the morning and then the other school in the afternoon)

Start Date:

- ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of the premises.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities.
• Manage budgets and supplies for maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS certificate is mandatory.
• Previous experience in School Caretaker or a similar role.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
