• This position is static covering multiple commercial sites in Central London on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

• Maintenance including painting & decorating, minor repairs, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, patchwork & other handyman/ fabric duties.
• Working Mon - Fri 40 hours

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a Caretaker, Fabric or Handyman role previously
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
• Must live within a commutable distance of Central London
