Job summary

The Education Authority in Northern Ireland is seeking a Building Supervisor (with supervision) for Seagoe Primary School in Armagh/Craigavon. The role involves on-site supervision, managing cleaning routines, and ensuring safe building operations.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ experience in a school building environment.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Be a key holder and prepared to respond to call-outs.
• Able to work within Education Authority policies.

Responsibilities

• Security of the premises and its contents.
• Open and close the premises and grounds daily.
• Supervise cleaning staff and monitor cleaning standards.
• Operate security systems and report faults promptly.
• Prepare premises for after-school activities and examinations.
