Job summary

Libraries NI in Armagh is seeking a Building Supervisor to manage security, cleaning, porterage and general building operations across multiple sites.

Roles are temporary with possible extension; part-time and full-time hours are available, requiring a valid driving licence and experience in building supervision. You will liaise with the Line Manager and oversee contractor activities while ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Valid full driving licence.
• Minimum one year experience in Assistant Building Supervisor or similar.

Responsibilities

• Security of premises and contents.
• Open and close the premises and grounds as required.
• Supervise cleaning staff and coordinating duties.
• Assist with porterage and transport of stores.
• Monitor safety, maintain records, and report faults.
