Qualifications

• Experience in education settings to improve attendance and engagement.
• Engages with parents/carers, children or individuals via individual/group support.
• Understands factors affecting a child’s ability to learn.
• Works with families from diverse communities.
• Provides holistic family support.
• Familiar with safeguarding processes and referral routes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for children and their families.
