Codi Group is a not-for-profit organisation providing housing-related support at the Swansea Young Persons service in Moriston. We are seeking a Waking Night Young Persons Scheme Support Officer to ensure safety and well-being during the night shifts (22:30–7:30) on a rolling rota.

Fixed-Term, Part-Time, Scheme Support Officer working at our Young persons accommodation service in Moriston, Swansea. You will be required to work on a rolling rota which involves wakeful shifts between 22:30 - 7:30.
Swansea Young Persons service provides temporary accommodation to young people age 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness. The service delivers intensive housing related supported to individuals who are ready to gain independence and a tenancy of their own.
As a Waking Night Young Persons Scheme Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in our service throughout the night. You will provide emotional and practical support, assist with any issues that may arise during the night, and contribute to a calm and stable environment.
