Codi Group is seeking a Permanent, Part-Time Scheme Support Officer to work at our Young Persons accommodation service in Moriston, Swansea. This role involves rolling wakeful shifts from 22:30 to 7:30 to help keep residents safe through the night.
No formal qualifications are required; the role values compassion, resilience, and the ability to work alone or within a team while supporting young people aged 16–24 toward independence.

Permanent, Part-Time, Scheme Support Officer working at our Young persons accommodation service in Moriston, Swansea. You will be required to work on a rolling rota which involves wakeful shifts between 22:30 - 7:30.
Swansea Young Persons service provides temporary accommodation to young people age 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness. The service delivers intensive housing related supported to individuals who are ready to gain independence and a tenancy of their own.
As a Waking Night Young Persons Scheme Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in our service throughout the night. You will provide emotional and practical support, assist with any issues that may arise during the night, and contribute to a calm and stable environment.
