Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited seeks a Scheme Manager for the Steeple Leas ILOP project in Grantham. You will provide housing management and tenancy support to older residents, fostering independence and a caring community.

This role, 35 hours per week, works 8:00–17:00, with a focus on safeguarding, coordination with agencies and resident engagement to sustain wellbeing and dignity.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of current social housing and housing management issues.
• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Understanding safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and partnership-working skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide housing management and tenancy support to older residents.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, families, carers and external agencies.
• Promote customer wellbeing, independence and tenancy sustainability.
• Reporting repairs and undertaking regular health and safety inspections throughout the scheme.
• Supporting residents to access appropriate services, aids and adaptations.
• Encouraging tenant participation through meetings, activities and community engagement opportunities.
• Ensuring communal areas are safe, welcoming and well maintained.
