Job summary

Swanton Care and Community is seeking a dedicated Scheme Manager to lead a supported living service. You will oversee delivery of person-centred care, support the Registered Manager, monitor governance and quality, and develop a motivated team to help people we support achieve their goals.

You will drive staff development, manage budgets and rotas, support regulatory relationships, and promote the ethos of Pride in our services.

Qualifications

• managerial background in care is essential.
• willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• strong leadership, motivation and people-management skills.
• commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Leading a supported living service to deliver high-quality care.
• Supporting the Registered Manager and managing one service unit.
• Overseeing recruitment, supervision, and staff development.
• Managing budgets, rotas and relationships with external bodies.
• Ensuring governance, quality assurance and accurate care documentation.
