Sanctuary Housing Association in Leeds is seeking a Scheme Manager - Homeownership to deliver a high quality housing management service for older residents. The role covers welfare and safety checks, repairs coordination, and promoting independent living, with a 30-hour week and a provided 1 bedroom flat.

The ideal candidate will have experience with older people in housing management, strong administrative skills, and a full driving licence to travel between schemes as required.

Formación

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
• Experience with older people in housing management
• Ability to work alone and meet deadlines
• Proficient handling of confidential information
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Experience using housing management software
• Full valid driving licence

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality housing management service
• Conduct welfare and health & safety checks
• Follow up communal repairs and promote independent living
• Wellbeing calls to residents via warden call system
• Assist budget setting
• Cover at other schemes in the region
