The role requires previous managerial experience in care, an active focus on governance, and the ability to recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar managerial position in a care setting is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills required.
