Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people or vulnerable client groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong relationships.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A full, valid driving licence is essential due to travel requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the delivery of high quality housing services.
• Assist with lettings processes, including viewings, pre-void inspections and key management.
• Conduct compliance checks and scheme inspections to ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Maintain accurate records and manage extensive computer work efficiently.
• Liaise with external organisations concerning additional support requirements and safeguarding referrals.
• Identify and report potential repairs or faults and monitor to completion.
• Manage low level anti-social behaviour and support the complaint process for the service area.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Housing Services team at a housing scheme for older persons. You will be part of a team of 3, responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service, which will include promoting independent living, providing tenancy advice and signposting to other agencies for support. This is a rewarding yet challenging role and is ideal for someone who has previous experience of working with older or vulnerable people in a housing management setting and is knowledgeable about safeguarding.

The role of Scheme Manager will include:

• Providing administrative support for the delivery of high quality and value for money housing services
