Job summary

AD WARRIOR is seeking a proactive Scheme Manager for Norfolk House in Leominster. You will support the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations, carry out essential safety checks, ensure compliance, and help residents feel safe and supported to live independently.

You’ll build rapport with residents, liaise with contractors and external agencies, and maintain accurate records. This permanent, part-time role is 27.5 hours per week, paying £19,232.81 per annum.

As theirScheme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations and ensuring their residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.

You’ll take ownership of essential safety checks, including health & safety, fire safety, and the warden call system, making sure they meet compliance standards and deliver consistently high levels of service. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help you identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, and you’ll be confident in taking appropriate action to ensure residents’ wellbeing is always prioritised.

This role may require specific qualifications, skills, knowledge, and behaviours to meet the Competence and Conduct Standard for Social Housing. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
