Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a Scheduling Team Leader to manage the day-to-day scheduling function, coordinate engineering workloads, and support stock control. This leadership role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving continuous improvement across service operations.

The role requires experience in scheduling, logistics or service coordination, strong IT skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to optimize performance and resource use.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, logistics, planning or service coordination.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Scheduling Team, ensuring daily activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Plan and coordinate engineering workloads to maximise productivity and resource utilisation.
• Analyse scheduling processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and drive scheduling KPI performance to meet targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly scheduling reports for management.
