Job summary

Corrigenda Group Limited is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to oversee the Admin and Scheduling teams, ensure delivery against SLAs, and optimise PPM workflows across regions. You will manage resources, balance workloads, and drive continuous improvement with senior leadership involvement.

The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, accurate invoicing, and timely project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within service delivery/FM.
• Strong understanding of PPM, reactive, and remedial workflows.
• Experience with CAFM systems (Planon) and reporting.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Admin and Scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Drive WIP, SLA, and KPI performance through reviews and actions.
• Oversee financial performance of PPM works and corrective actions.
• Ensure data integrity across PPM jobs and contract setup.
• Lead recruitment, training, and regional leadership support.
• Manage subcontractor performance and invoicing processes.
• Support mobilisation and renewals of contracts.
• Represent the business in client meetings and reporting.
