Job summary

Network Plus is recruiting a Purge and Relight Scheduler to plan and coordinate the Company’s work through clear communication with internal and external customers, as well as managing the business and client database systems.

You will take ownership of workstreams, schedule orders in line with SLA, optimise routes, and provide regular reports while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within utilities would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams, coordinating work from receipt to job completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLA, optimise travel routes and productivity.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers via telephone and webchat.
• Maintain timely input into works management systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver daily and weekly reports to meet service levels and objectives.
• Contribute solutions and adapt to change within the team.
• Report safety issues in line with Company procedures.
